• Graduate of the Austrian Higher School of Etiquette.
• Trained with British etiquette expert William Hanson, director of The English Manner protocol institute.
• Trained in Arab business etiquette with Luna Abbadi.
• Has worked with more than 3,000 clients worldwide.
